Made with carefully selected fresh oranges, the peel is cut into generous thick strips and slowly simmered with natural juice until perfectly set. The result is a classic English-style marmalade with a rich citrus aroma and a distinctive thick-cut texture.
The orange peel adds a pleasant bittersweet depth, balanced by the natural sweetness of the fruit, creating a layered and refined flavour profile.
Perfect for spreading on toast or buttered bread, it also pairs beautifully with scones, biscuits, cheese boards, ice cream, baked goods, savoury dishes, and even cocktails.
Ingredients: Orange, Australia Low GI Raw Sugar, Lemon Juice
No artificial additives or preservatives.
