Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Jam Story. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Delivery Area
We currently offer delivery within Hong Kong and Macau only, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery areas may be subject to courier coverage and service availability.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, public holidays, or due to high order volumes, processing times may be longer.
Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays.
3. Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 1–3 business days, depending on the courier, delivery location, and other external factors.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier arrangements, weather, traffic, public holidays, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fee
Free shipping is available for orders of HKD450 or above to Hong Kong and Macau，excluding any remote area surcharge or additional delivery charges imposed by the courier.
For orders below HKD450, shipping fee will be paid by the customer upon delivery. The customer shall pay the shipping fee directly to the courier or transportation company when receiving the order.
Any remote area surcharge, residential surcharge, re-delivery fee, storage fee, or other additional charges imposed by the courier or transportation company shall be borne by the customer.
Shipping fees and additional charges are determined by the courier or transportation company and may vary depending on the delivery address, parcel size, parcel weight, and delivery arrangement.

1. 送貨地區
除非另有列明，本店目前只提供香港及澳門地區送貨服務。
送貨地區或會受速遞公司覆蓋範圍及服務安排影響。
2. 訂單處理時間
訂單一般會於付款確認後7 個工作天內 處理。
於節日、推廣期間、公眾假期或訂單量較高時，處理時間或會延長。
工作天指星期一至星期五，不包括星期六、星期日及香港公眾假期。
3. 送貨時間
訂單寄出後，一般約需 1 至 3 個工作天 送達，實際時間視乎速遞公司、送貨地區及其他外在因素而定。
送貨時間只屬估算，並不作保證。
如因速遞安排、天氣、交通、公眾假期、清關程序或其他不可控因素導致延誤，本店概不負責。
4. 送貨費用
凡單一訂單購物滿 HKD450 或以上，即可享香港及澳門地區免運費優惠，惟不包括運輸公司收取的偏遠地區附加費或其他額外派送費用。
所有購物金額未滿 HKD450 的訂單，運費將以到付形式處理。顧客須於收貨時直接向速遞或運輸公司支付相關運費。
任何由速遞或運輸公司收取的偏遠地區附加費、住宅附加費、重新派送費、倉存費或其他額外費用，均須由顧客承擔。
運費及額外收費由速遞或運輸公司釐定，並可能因送貨地址、包裹尺寸、重量及派送安排而有所不同。
