2020 年榮獲 The World’s Original Marmalade Awards 金獎（Artisan 組別 – Marmalade with Interesting Additions）的檸檬芒果香料果醬，於香港手工小批量製作。

選用成熟香甜芒果，搭配清新檸檬，加入精細手切檸檬絲與天然芒果果肉，以慢火熬煮至濃稠。再融合丁香、肉桂與八角等溫暖香料，呈現層次分明、風味豐富的創意柑橘果醬。

入口先是濃郁芒果果香，隨後帶出檸檬清爽酸度，尾韻散發溫暖辛香料氣息，after taste 深邃而細緻。甜與酸平衡，香料提升整體層次感，是一款兼具創意與專業評審肯定的得獎作品。

除了塗抹於多士與牛油麵包上，亦可搭配芝士拼盤、燒肉、烤雞、魚類料理、咖喱或拌麵使用，甜鹹皆宜，為料理增添立體風味。

Made with ripe, fragrant mangoes and fresh lemons, the marmalade contains hand-cut lemon peel and mango pieces, slowly simmered to achieve a perfectly balanced set. Warm spices including clove, cinnamon and star anise are gently infused to create a layered and complex flavour profile.

The first note is rich tropical mango sweetness, followed by bright citrus freshness, finishing with warm spice undertones. The balance of sweet, tangy and aromatic depth makes this award-winning marmalade both refined and distinctive.

Serving Suggestions

Perfect for spreading on toast, it also pairs beautifully with cheese boards, roasted meats, grilled fish, curry dishes, noodles, desserts and even creative culinary applications.
